This Cookie Policy is a transparency notice, not a commercial contract. It does not require you to waive a privacy right and does not itself constitute consent where consent is legally required.

Global and regional application. We apply the non-essential cookie choices described in this Policy to Website visitors worldwide. Privacy and cookie laws differ by country and region. The Website is currently hosted and operated through LearnWorlds, which provides Website, Account, Course, checkout, privacy-preference, and learning-management functions.

Other providers may supply:

• online forms and questionnaires;
  
• scheduling and meetings;

A provider may act as:

• our processor or service provider;
  
• a separate controller for specified activities; or
  
• both, depending on the feature and applicable terms.

Third-party technologies are used only on the pages or features where they are needed. The presence of a provider in this Policy does not mean that every provider or cookie is active on every visit.

3. WHY WE USE COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

As of the Last Updated date:

If an Indaucen affiliate or referral program is active, a first-party attribution cookie may record that you arrived through an eligible affiliate link so the referral can be credited.

This does not by itself authorize an independent affiliate to receive your Personal Information for the affiliate’s own marketing. Any separate sharing for an independent organization’s own marketing is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and through any additional choice required by law.

If we later introduce targeted advertising or another material marketing technology, we will update this Policy and the cookie banner before activating it and will obtain any required consent.

5. COOKIE AND TECHNOLOGY INVENTORY

The tables below describe cookies and similar technologies expected under our current Website configuration and the principal feature-dependent technologies that may appear.

LearnWorlds may update cookie names, durations, or technical implementation as its platform changes. Replacement technologies used for the same purpose will be treated under the same cookie category unless their purpose materially changes.

The cookie lifetime shown above is different from the retention period for Analytics information within our Google Analytics property.

We configure Google Analytics user-level and event-level retention for no more than 14 months. Aggregated standard reports may remain available for longer, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Google or LearnWorlds may modify the names or implementation details of Analytics technologies. Any replacement used for the same Analytics purpose remains subject to the Analytics category and your Analytics choice.

Security-cookie names and durations may vary because Cloudflare and the protected service determine the technical implementation.

5.4 Checkout and payment technologies

The Website may use LearnWorlds checkout functions together with one or more third-party payment providers.

Payment providers may place or access strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies when:

Indaucen does not control the exact names, expiration periods, or operation of cookies that PayPal places on PayPal-controlled domains.

PayPal technologies are used only where PayPal is offered, displayed, requested, or selected. Blocking technologies required by PayPal may prevent PayPal checkout from functioning.

Stripe

Where checkout uses Stripe, technologies may include:

If another payment provider is displayed or selected, that provider may use its own necessary technologies on the checkout page or the provider’s domain.

Indaucen does not use payment-provider cookies to obtain complete payment-card numbers. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider under its own security, privacy, and legal obligations.

5.5 Video and embedded-media cookies

Video technologies depend on the content and video provider used for a particular Course or page.

Where a Vimeo player is embedded, Vimeo may use technologies such as:

Where reasonably possible, non-essential embedded-media technologies are tied to the Functional or Analytics choice. Strictly necessary security technologies may operate when you request the media.

5.6 Forms, questionnaires, bookings, and other embedded services
